Agnes Hudson (1879-1962)
Biographical Information
Agnes Hudson was the sixth child and third daughter of William and Mary Jane Hudson. Her first child, Charles Henry Hudson (1901-1967) was raised by his grandparents at "Sunny Brow" and then spent time with the Weatherson family at Middle Creek. Agnes married Joe Rowe and had a son, William, in 1908. She later married Edward Smart.
In 1979, I established contact with one of Agnes Hudson's grand-sons, Robert Stanley Hudson of Ballarat, and he was able to provide me with considerable information on Agnes' descendants. More recently, Agnes Hudson's great grand-daughter Helen Lynette Hudson/Quick contacted me and we exchanged information on the Hudson family in general and Agnes' line in particular.
The following list of descendants includes material from both Robert Stanley Hudson and Helen Lynette Hudson/Quick, together with information from other family members including Maddison Stepnell, Jessica Bryant and Sharon Richter.
